Really, it seems to be a pretty standard color: [Google.com]
You'll see it's use in this weeks comic.
Also, I'll probably release some web exclusive content either today or tomorrow between interviews for IBM. Keep checking the uncensored section!

I've set up a new system to easily post on both Life In A Gun Shell and AJAMA at the same time. Hopefully this means I can post more. For starters, here's a demo that Picasa's face recognition still picks up some pretty random things:

Someone recently noted that this site appears to have had very few updates in the last year. It's true; on the surface, there hasn't been much to see. However, I have been working on coding in the backend to improve the site, and create new features. Much of it has been simply experimental, and won't be visible to the public. However, things such as the integration of Google Friend Connect as the site's main method of commenting are (see the side shoutbox or the comment page for this article). Much of it is still not completely implemented, but will have more work done it in the coming weeks.
Some subdomains hosted by AJAMA can be found at:

So, it's been almost a year since the last update on here. I assure you, the site isn't dead. However, as of right now, no new comics will be posted under the standard Life in a Gun Shell page. As they are posted in it! Magazine in the Fredericksburg Free Lance-Star, they will be posted on http://itliags.ajama.org. As some of you may have seen in this last week, it! magazine was switched from it's normal run time in the Thursday section to a slot on the back of the Family section of Friday. Therefore, new comics should come every Friday or so to the site.
Thanks to all of our fans who have stuck around through the years!

Halomods.com needs your help!
From Grenadiac of Halomods:
One of the reasons HaloMods has lasted so long is that the ads have, for the most part, covered the server expenses. It costs $240 per month to rent the server we currently use, and ads normally cover most of that. At the end of the year I usually break even, but recently something has changed with google's advertising program. The result is that the pay per click has been reduced to about 25% of what it was.
If you have watched the AJAMA Movie Team's previous progress, or have been involved in the Halo modding community in any way, now is the time to make a difference! Head on over to the site and donate!

After being offline for nearly a month and a half, we're finally back! A couple of changes that need to be discussed:
- The AJAMA Movie Team is officially shutting down. Between everyone's busy schedule, the release of Halo 3 with updated models, and the (supposedly) upcoming Halo Movie, the AJAMA Movie Team is shutting down. However, all of the content from the last three years will still be visible on the web site. This includes a short video (I may upload a couple more unreleased videos at a later point) and over 141 renders.
- The portal has been changed quite a bit. The shoutbox has been returned with anti-spam features. The hit counter now displays how many times each user has come to the site. Links to Affiliates and the RSS feed are below those. The Life in a Gun Shell comic has been removed from the front page, but can be accessed by pressing on of the banners on the bottom. There are now two Life in a Gun Shell pages: one for AJAMA, and one for it! Magazine.
- The entire site has been updated and laid out to have sub-domains for each section. The sections are as follows:
http://movie.ajama.org/ - The AJAMA Movie Team Archives
http://LiaGS.ajama.org/ - Life in a Gun Shell (AJAMA Online Version)
http://itLiaGS.ajama.org/ - Life in a Gun Shell (Censored, it! Magazine Version)
- Life in a Gun shell now has two different publication dates: On Tuesdays, a new strip will be posted in the uncensored AJAMA Online page. Every Thursday, a new strip will appear in the it! Magazine section. This is the same comic that will be published locally in Fredericksburg's Free Lance-Star.
- All of the news from the site will be available from this point on through an RSS feed. A link to this feed is available on the left side of the page.
Whew... I think that's it. Enjoy!

Hello everyone.
I'm sure you've noticed the somewhat ridiculous load times on our front page. It appears that some internet spam bots have reached our site. We will be taking the site offline shortly in order to correct our code and prevent the spamming from continuing. The Life In A Gun Shell page will, however, stay online.
Thank you for your cooperation and continued support!
